This place is a GREAT FIND ! This is an affordable housing and it doesn’t even seem like it did at all. It seems like you’re at a five star resort. The pool is nice for the kids, they have a gym, basketball court and barbecue area. My kids love it and the landscaping looks immaculate. I really enjoyed visiting with the property manager. She was very friendly and the move-in process went smoothly. I put in a maintenance request and it was done the same day. I’m very glad I found this place.

I’m a new tenant and the move-in process was super easy and well explained. the grounds are really nice and apartment was very clean apron moving in. It’s nice and it’s a really good deal, The manager was very friendly and responsive . So far I’m enjoying my new home.

These have been one of the nicest apartments I have lived at, They don’t seem like low income but they are ! I’m glad I chose to move my family here! I have lived here for 10 years now and haven’t had and real issues. It’s close to Mountain View hwy, which almost never has traffic. It’s in a great location I would definitely recommend it!

From the moment I moved in, the management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. The amenities here are top-notch, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped fitness center, and even a lovely communal garden area. The location is a real plus too – it's close to all the essentials like grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, and I've had no issues with noise or disturbances from neighbors.
